We publish data in 70 individual fields, including categorisation and linked supplier data that uses open data references.

Our records include:

  • Buyer and buyer category
  • Department and cost centre
  • Supplier name and postcode
  • Description and notes
  • Amount and VAT amount
  • Supplier type (including SME, sole supplier, voluntary/community)
  • Supplier and contract identifiers (including company/charity registration number, CQC, Open Corporates, Open Charities, buyer references)
  • Date (including created, calculated, completed, invoice)
