Procurement

We collect tens of thousands of documents every day.

We visit more than 700 sources to collect this data.

That’s what our customers pay us for: the right data, in the right place at the right time, which means their customers can navigate the complex world of public procurement.

Getting the right data in the right place takes more effort than you think. Our teams run complex monitoring algorithms across every record. We check whether sources are working, but also whether they are producing less data than normal. We check whether critical fields are being populated and add vital information about each document.

Our rigour means we have good data in a common format, but it’s also an early warning system. When a critical service goes down or data goes missing, we can tell our clients as soon as it happens.

Our customers rely on us, they build their businesses, run public services and plan investments on our data. That’s why we go the extra mile for them.

If you’d like to know how you can help your customers navigate this complex world, get in touch.
